Bal-A-Vis-X stands for Balance, Auditory, Vision Exercises and was developed by Bill Hubert. Bill is a native Kansan who has taken his unique form of rhythm exercises around the world to help students. The philosophy behind Bal-a-vis-x is that by crossing the body's midline in a rhythmic pattern, you can help the brain "integrate" which means help both the left and right hemisphere work better together. This allows students to calm, focus and learn. These exercises also have benefits for strengthening eye tracking and coordination. The best part is that it is challenging and fun!
