Direct Services are services provided through direct student contact such as:
Core Curriculum Instruction, Small Group Instruction, Individual (short term, solution focused) Counseling, Responsive and Crisis Intervention.
Core Curriculum-Swather Habits of Character and Scholarship, HES Pillars, 7 Habits of Happy Kids, Character Words
Small Group Topics - Friendship, Conflict Resolution, Study Skills, Anxiety, Grief, Mindfulness, other topics as indicated by the annual student needs survey
Individual Counseling - Topics tailored to individual student needs
Indirect Services are services provided on behalf of students and families such as: Referrals to community resources, Collaboration with staff and families on behalf of students, Consultation.
